More than twenty years ago, we had our first experience with barbecue in Kansas City.  That’s when we discovered that barbecue in the South means something completely difference than barbecue in Winnipeg.  From the moment we had our first taste of Southern ‘Q, we knew we had to bring the taste home. 

Today, the Monsters continuously keep the pits smoking to produce foods just like they do in the Barbecue Belt.
